Restorative Breathwork Class in London
Relax and restore with this gentle breathwork class, designed to soothe the nervous system and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
You’ll be guided through gentle breathing patterns that support relaxation and help you tune into your body’s natural rhythms. The pace is slow and supportive, creating a space where you can truly unwind.
Using mindful breathing techniques, the session gently supports you to:
• Let go of stress and tension
• Quiet the mind and slow racing thoughts
• Reconnect with your body
• Rest and renew your energy in a natural, grounded way
The experience is supported by carefully selected music, soft lighting and subtle calming scents to create a soothing, immersive environment for relaxation. It is practised sitting or lying down, blankets and eye masks are provided.
Who is this Breathwork Class for?
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, busy, or just in need of a pause, this breathwork class offers a soft landing space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. By the end of the class, you’ll feel calmer, more relaxed and centred within yourself, allowing you to move through the rest of your week with renewed energy and presence.
It’s suitable for both those new to breathwork and those more experienced.
