Breathe into Connection
In a private breathwork session, we work with more than the breath alone. By connecting your body, emotions and mind, each session creates space for insights, healing and a deeper sense of presence.
You’re invited to notice physical sensations, explore emotions and become more aware of your thoughts. This awareness gently releases tension and old patterns, supporting emotional wellbeing and self-understanding.
Each session helps you tune in to your body’s innate wisdom, leaving you feeling more aligned, grounded and connected to yourself.

Private Breathwork Sessions

Check-In: We’ll begin with a gentle check-in to see how you’re feeling and what you’d like to focus on, creating a safe and supportive space just for you.
The Breathwork: You’ll lie on a yoga mat as I guide you through the breathwork. Deep, connected breathing helps your energy flow, releasing tension and emotions held in the body and mind. This creates space for healing, insights and personal growth, allowing you to feel lighter, calmer and more present.
Support & Integration: I am here to support you throughout with both guidance and gentle touch (with consent). After the breathwork, we take time to reflect and integrate your experience, so you leave grounded and restored.
Breathwork sessions last 2 hours and are available in Hackney, or as a home visit within London.

Prep & Check-In: Find a quiet, private space with room to lie down on a yoga mat or bed. Then, we’ll begin by connecting to see how you’re feeling and what you’d like to focus on for the session.
The Breathwork: I will then guide you through breathwork, offering support throughout so that you feel safe and held - even from a distance. As you breathe in a deep and connected rhythm, your energy flow increases, which helps release tension and emotions held in the body and mind. This creates space for healing, insights and personal growth.
Integration: After the breathwork, we’ll take a moment to reflect and integrate your experience, so you finish feeling calm, grounded and restored.
Online sessions last 2 hours and take place over Zoom.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is suitable for beginners, as well as those with prior experience of breathwork.
Precautions
It is a safe practice, though not recommended during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions.

Some people find that a single breathwork session gives them exactly what they need, while others prefer a series of sessions to support deeper transformation and lasting change.
For ongoing work, sessions are typically spaced two weeks apart, although some people come more or less frequently, depending on what feels right.
