Conscious Connected Breathwork invites you to step into a space of deep presence - where your body, emotions and inner self can be heard, felt and fully acknowledged.
In a safe and supportive space, held tensions and emotions can be released, which creates room for more relaxation, joy and ease.
Breathwork can be supportive in releasing old patterns, healing past experiences and moving toward greater self-expression and purpose.

Private Breathwork Sessions

Each session begins with a gentle check-in to explore how you’re feeling and what you would like to focus on.
During the breathwork, you will lie on a yoga mat while being guided through deep, connected breathing. This encourages energy to flow, releasing tension and emotions held in the body and mind, and creating space for healing, insights and personal growth.
After the breathwork, there is time to reflect and integrate your experience, so you leave grounded and restored.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is suitable for beginners, as well as those with prior experience of breathwork.
It is a safe practice, although not recommended during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions.

Whilst a single breathwork session can be very beneficial, often a series of sessions supports deeper transformation and lasting change.
A series of 10 sessions is generally recommended, as it provides consistent support and allows for profound, lasting shifts.
Sessions are typically spaced one or two weeks apart, tailored to your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your breathwork session.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
