Free Online Breathwork Class
Take some time out of your evening to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself.
This free online breathwork class is a gentle space to unwind after your day. You'll be guided through slow, restorative breathing patterns designed to calm the nervous system and help you drop into a deep sense of relaxation — right from the comfort of your own home.
The pace is unhurried and supportive. There's nowhere to get to and nothing to get right. Just space to breathe, soften, and let the day settle.
Using gentle, conscious breathing techniques, this class will support you to:
Slow down a busy mind
Release tension from the body
Support deeper, easier breathing
Help you feel calmer and more settled
The class takes place online via Zoom, so you can join from home. All you need is a comfy place to sit or lie down (and headphones if you’d like them). You’ll be guided throughout, with time to rest and integrate at the end.
