Conscious Connected Breathwork Class Online
Join us from the comfort of your own home for a morning of conscious connected breathing, a chance to slow down, come back into your body, and give yourself some room to feel your emotions.
Conscious connected breathwork is, at its heart, about connection. Connection with your breath, with your body, and with the parts of yourself that don't always get much space in an ordinary day.
In this group session, we'll explore how breathwork can deepen your relationship with yourself and attune you to the subtle sensations and messages within. This inner connection creates room for whatever is present, without needing to fix or figure it out. And from that space, greater self-awareness and self-trust tend to grow on their own.
When you're more connected to yourself, more in alignment with what you're actually feeling, it naturally shifts how you relate to others and move through the world.
This session invites you to:
Come home to your body and its innate wisdom, in a way that's felt rather than just understood
Discover the link between breath, sensation, and emotion
Reconnect with your own inner guidance, and get a clearer on what really matters to you
By the end, you'll feel more settled in yourself, more in tune with your body, your emotions, and your own inner knowing. This deeper connection gives a renewed sense of balance, and trust in your own wisdom.
This breathwork session is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. All you need is a quiet, private space where you can lie down, and a willingness to be present with whatever arises.
It is a live session and will not be recorded, to honour the privacy and depth of the space. As this is a small group session, spaces are limited.
