Settle the Mind & Regulate Your Nervous System
I invite you to step out of the hustle and bustle of city life, unwind, and journey inward with me during my monthly restorative breathwork class in East London. We will gather at Prana Voice, a beautiful holistic wellness centre nestled within Canalside Studios.
As a Certified Freedom Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator trained in trauma-informed modalities, I intentionally designed this gentle evening session as a soft, expert-guided landing space to soothe your overworked nervous system, ease chronic stress, and help you cultivate a deep, grounded sense of inner calm.
Core Benefits of Somatic & Restorative Breathwork
You don't need to overthink this practice. During our time together, I will use simple, restorative breathing techniques to gently guide you to:
Unload the Week's Stress: Unclench your jaw, soften your shoulders, and physically let go of the pressure you’ve been carrying.
Quiet the Mental Noise: Give your brain a break, gently slowing down racing thoughts and soothing deep mental overwhelm.
Get Back on Your Own Side: Stop fighting your emotions and start listening to what your body actually needs. This is about building a kind, deeply self-compassionate relationship with yourself.
Refuel Your System: Deeply replenish your energetic system using incredibly gentle, rhythmic methods like Coherent Breath.

What to Expect at Our Hackney Breathwork Studio
Walking into a new wellness space can sometimes feel intimidating, so I make sure my environment feels like a warm embrace. The entire experience is supported by a soothing, immersive setup of ambient music, soft lighting, and subtle, calming natural scents.
Zero-Pressure Posture: We practice the entire session sitting or lying down completely comfortably. There is no right or wrong way to do this.
Total Comfort: I provide cosy blankets and eye masks at the studio so you feel completely cocooned, safe, and warm.
Come as You Are: Absolutely no previous breathwork experience is needed. If you are a complete beginner, please don't worry—I will hold the space and guide you through every single breath.
🌿 Prefer a more individualised approach? If a private session feels more aligned for you, I highly recommend checking out my 1:1 Breathwork sessions.
FAQ’s For This Event
-
Dress in whatever makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. During the class, you will be lying down on a yoga mat for most of the hour. Your body temperature can drop naturally as your nervous system cools down and relaxes, so I recommend wearing loose, cozy layers.
-
Restorative breathwork is a gentle practice designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. You are invited to breathe at your own pace and remain within your personal comfort level at all times. During breathwork, emotional or physical sensations may arise. This is a natural response to the practice.
Because breathwork opens up space in the body, it is natural for physical or emotional sensations to surface. While this is a beautifully supportive practice for most adults (aged 18+), there are a few instances where we need to take extra care.
When to consult your doctor before booking: If you are currently navigating any of the following conditions, please speak with your GP or healthcare specialist before joining a class to ensure it is entirely safe for you:

Cardiovascular conditions (including angina, a history of heart attack, stroke, or aneurysm)
Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure with a history of fainting
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Severe or unstable asthma (please always bring your inhaler to class)
Glaucoma or a detached retina
Recent significant injury or major surgery
Unstable chronic illnesses (such as unstable diabetes, thyroid, lung, or spinal conditions)
Please Note: This practice is not recommended during pregnancy unless explicitly approved by your qualified healthcare professional.
