Take some time out to relax and restore with this gentle breathwork class, designed to soothe your nervous system and create inner calm.
You’ll be guided through some gentle breathing patterns that help you to relax and tune into your body’s natural rhythms. The pace is slow and supportive, so you have space to truly unwind.
Using mindful, conscious breathing techniques, the session will support you to:
• Ease stress and tension
• Calm the mind and slow racing thoughts
• Reconnect deeply with your body
• Renew your energy in a natural, grounded way
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or simply in need of a pause, this session offers a nourishing space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
The session is held with carefully selected music, soft lighting and calming scents to create a soothing, immersive environment for relaxation.
By the end of the class, you’ll feel lighter in the body, quieter in the mind, and more centred within yourself - creating space for rest and renewal, so you feel restored and can through the rest of your week with greater ease and presence.
The session is practised sitting or lying down. Blankets and eye masks are provided. No need to have any previous experience of breathwork.

This is not a strenuous class - you’ll be lying on a yoga mat, so you just need to be comfortable.

Restorative breathwork is a gentle practice designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. You are invited to breathe at your own pace and remain within your personal comfort level at all times. During breathwork, emotional or physical sensations may arise. This is a natural response to the practice.
This class is suitable for adults aged 18 and over. It is not recommended during pregnancy (unless advised otherwise by a qualified healthcare professional).
While generally safe, this practice may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your doctor before participating if you have any of the following conditions:
- Cardiovascular conditions (including angina, history of heart attack or stroke)
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure or low blood pressure with fainting history
- Aneurysm
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Recent injury or surgery
- Severe or unstable asthma (please bring your inhaler if applicable)
- Glaucoma or detached retina
- Significant or unstable heart, lung, or spinal conditions
- Acute illness or infection
- Unstable endocrine conditions (including thyroid or diabetes)
- Severe psychiatric conditions (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis) or recent psychiatric crisis requiring hospitalisation.If you have any concerns about your health or suitability to participate, please consult your GP or get in touch before booking.
