Chakra Breathwork Journey
CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK | REBIRTHING BREATHWORK
Sunday 22nd February 2025
4.00-6.45pm
Prana Voice, Hackney N1
Price: £40
Experience a conscious connected breathwork session designed to take you on a journey through the body’s seven chakras - the subtle energy centres that support our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
As each chakra is explored through breath and intention, you are guided to feel where these energy centres are open, blocked or in need of support - inviting awareness, circulation and release.
Each chakra relates to a different part of our body and experience:
Root (Muladhara) – grounding, safety, stability
Sacral (Svadhisthana) – creativity, sexuality, emotional flow
Solar Plexus (Manipura) – personal power, confidence, motivation
Heart (Anahata) – love, connection, compassion
Throat (Vishuddha) – communication, self-expression, speaking out and being heard
Third Eye (Ajna) – intuition, insight, clarity
Crown (Sahasrara) – connection to the divine, spiritual openness
This practice can support emotional release, nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness. Sensations, emotions or memories may arise to be felt and released - creating more space for joy, vitality and a deeper embrace of life.
You are always encouraged to breathe at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. This journey is suitable for newcomers as well as those more experienced who wish to explore their breath in a more intentional, chakra-focused way.
You can expect a grounding opening, a guided breathwork journey, and time at the end for rest and integration.
Spaces are limited.
The Chakra Breathwork Journey is also available as a private session upon request.
