Feeling blocked, stuck, or disconnected from your body? This conscious connected breathwork session is designed to guide you on a journey through the body’s seven chakras — the subtle energy centres that support your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
During the session you’ll be guided to focus on each chakra, one by one, tuning into the sensations and emotions that are present, so that you can discover where in feel blocked and where feel open. Each chakra relates to a different part of your body and aspect of your life experience.
Root – grounding, safety, stability
Sacral – creativity, sexuality, emotional flow
Solar Plexus – personal power, confidence, motivation
Heart – love, connection, compassion
Throat – communication, self-expression, being heard
Third Eye – intuition, insight, clarity
Crown – connection to the divine, spiritual openness
By focusing your attention on each chakra, you create more spaciousness and flow throughout the body, aligning your energy and inviting a sense of ease and balance. This is a powerful practice for tuning into where emotions are held, creating a deeper relationship with your body, and reconnecting with your inner energy.
Through this journey, you can:
Release tension, stuck energy, or old emotions
Notice where energy flows freely or feels blocked
Feel more invigorated and energised
Reconnect with your body and inner wisdom
This journey is suitable for newcomers as well as those more experienced who wish to explore their breath in a more intentional, chakra-focused way. You can expect a grounding opening, a guided breathwork journey, and time at the end for rest and integration.
Join us to reconnect with your body, energy, and inner wisdom.
