CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK | REBIRTHING BREATHWORK

Saturday 23rd May 2026

3.00-5.30pm

Prana Voice, Hackney N1

Price: £35

Join us for our monthly group breathwork session in Hackney, where we’ll explore the transformative practice of conscious connected breathwork to release what’s no longer serving you and move into a state of inner flow.

When you give your body a safe space to release, it naturally begins to guide you—letting go of old energy and blocked emotions, and opening you to connect with your true needs and desires.

Conscious connected breathwork helps quiet the mind and opens the body, supporting deeper self-awareness and embodied clarity. This practice activates your innate healing abilities, releasing stress and tension while creating room for creativity, confidence, and self-trust.

This session is designed to help release emotional and energetic blockages, inviting a sense of renewal and space to invite more of what you want into your life. Together, we'll create a safe and supportive space to move beyond limiting patterns and drop into a natural state of flow.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and connect with yourself—shedding layers of stress, tension, and emotional residue. In a space held with care and presence, release becomes not only possible but natural. What felt heavy can soften, and what was stuck can start to shift and transform.

This breathwork session is suitable for both beginners and those more experienced in breathwork.

Spaces are limited.
