Join us from the comfort of your own home for an evening of deep release and inner renewal through the transformative practice of conscious connected breathing.

This two-hour online session offers a powerful opportunity to let go of emotional tension, stuck energy, or old mental patterns. Conscious connected breathwork is a gentle yet profound technique that works with the breath to help you access your body’s natural ability to heal, release, and restore.

As you drop into your breath, the nervous system begins to settle, allowing emotions and energy to move and shift. This creates space for clarity, insight, and reconnection with your true self. It’s an invitation to renew — emotionally, mentally, and energetically—and return to a place of grounded presence.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

This breathwork session is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. All you need is a quiet space where you can lie down, and a willingness to be present with whatever arises.

It is a live session and will not be recorded, to honor the privacy and depth of the space. As this is a small group session, spaces are limited.

FAQs

    • Avoid eating for 2 hours before the session.

    • Refrain from alcohol the day of the session.

    • It's recommended to take a at least 30 minutes after your breathwork session to settle and ground yourself.

  • You will need a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed and:

    • A yoga mat, bed, or soft surface to lie on

    • A blanket (your body may cool down during breathwork)

    • A pillow or bolster for knee support.

  • The session will be held on Zoom. After you register, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email.

    You’ll need:

    • A device with Zoom installed (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

    • A stable internet connection

    • Having your camera on is encouraged so the facilitator can support you if needed.

  • Wear loose, comfy clothes or something you would wear to a yoga class so that you can relax and take big breaths.

  • No, pregnant women are advised against practising Breathwork.

  • Breathwork is a safe, yet at times intense practise and is only recommended for individuals aged 18 and older.

    It is not suitable for pregnant women and certain medical conditions. The following conditions are contraindicated: cardiovascular disorders, convulsive disorders or epilepsy, recent injuries or surgeries, severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), history of aneurysms, glaucoma, detached retina, osteoporosis, lung, heart, or spinal issues, severe diabetes and severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.

    As your breathwork facilitator, Johanna Greenish does not diagnose illness or disease, prescribe medical treatments, or act as a healthcare professional or therapist. This practice is not a substitute for medical care. You are advised to work with your primary healthcare provider for any medical conditions.

  • Group sessions are non-refundable, however please let us know if you cannot make it and we will see if anyone on our waitlist would like your ticket.
