Join us from the comfort of your own home for an evening of deep release and inner renewal through the transformative practice of conscious connected breathing.

At its core, conscious connected breathwork is about connection—connecting with your breath, your body, and the essence of your authentic self.

In this two-hour group session, we’ll explore how breathwork can deepen your relationship with yourself and attune you to the subtle sensations and messages within. This inner connection creates the space for greater self-awareness and trust.

When you connect deeply with yourself and align with who you truly are, it transforms how you relate to others and engage with the world around you.

This session invites you to:

  • Enhance self-awareness by tuning into your body’s innate wisdom.

  • Discover the powerful link between breath, sensation, and emotion.

  • Develop your intuition and inner knowing, gaining clarity on what truly matters to you.

Through this breathwork journey, you’ll leave with a deeper connection to your inner self and feel more in tune with your body, emotions, and intuition. This deeper awareness gives a renewed sense of balance and trust in your own wisdom.

This breathwork session is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. All you need is a quiet space where you can lie down, and a willingness to be present with whatever arises.

It is a live session and will not be recorded, to honour the privacy and depth of the space. As this is a small group session, spaces are limited.

FAQs

    • Avoid eating for 2 hours before the session.

    • Refrain from alcohol the day of the session.

    • It's recommended to take a at least 30 minutes after your breathwork session to settle and ground yourself.

  • You will need a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed and:

    • A yoga mat, bed, or soft surface to lie on

    • A blanket (your body may cool down during breathwork)

    • A pillow or bolster for knee support (optional)

  • The session will be held on Zoom. After you register, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email.

    You’ll need:

    • A device with Zoom installed (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

    • A stable internet connection

    • Having your camera on is encouraged so the facilitator can support you if needed.

  • Wear loose, comfy clothes or something you would wear to a yoga class so that you can relax and take big breaths.

  • No, pregnant women are advised against practising Breathwork.

  • Breathwork is a safe, yet at times intense practise and is only recommended for individuals aged 18 and older.

    It is not suitable for pregnant women and certain medical conditions. The following conditions are contraindicated: cardiovascular disorders, convulsive disorders or epilepsy, recent injuries or surgeries, severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), history of aneurysms, glaucoma, detached retina, osteoporosis, lung, heart, or spinal issues, severe diabetes and severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.

    As your breathwork facilitator, Johanna Greenish does not diagnose illness or disease, prescribe medical treatments, or act as a healthcare professional or therapist. This practice is not a substitute for medical care. You are advised to work with your primary healthcare provider for any medical conditions.
